ESTR was unavailable for a few minutes just after 7pm ET on Thursday, April 25 and then again just after 6:30pm ET on Monday, May 13.  If you were logged into the system at the time of outage, you were automatically logged out and had to log back in to continue work.  During these times when a minor system update is occurring (and always), if you are making edits to a submission, please be careful to save your work.

After the second brief outage on May 13, the system will be updated to correct an error with notification links.
