The research administration and compliance suite of applications, including OAIR, ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, and Data Safety will be unavailable from Friday, May 7 at 7:00pm ET until Saturday, May 8 at 7:00am ET to complete a minor upgrade, with enhancements to some SmartForm views, notifications, and background activities (view release notes for details).

What is ESTR?

ESTR is the Electronic Submission Tracking & Reporting system for Harvard Institutional Review Boards (IRBs). This system:

Automates the IRB submission and review processes;
Is a place to store and access submission documents and meeting documentation; and
Allows for easier reporting for business process and regulatory purposes.

Research Administration and Compliance Suite (ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, & Data Safety Focus) Informational Sessions

The system support team is holding one-hour information sessions intended for those that use the ESTR-IRB, Agreements-DUA, or Data Safety components of the Research Administration and Compliance suite of applications. This time will include a brief system overview and time for discussion. Registrants may stay for the whole session or drop in at any time during the hour to talk through using the suite.
